My complaint:

I placed 2 orders Mid 2019 and the delivery dates kept being postponed. I understood due to lockdown there would be issues – now that I try to get my refund they are telling me to read a refund policy that does not consider a lockdown situation.

I want my money back and you should consider sending me my order anyway as a apology for pathetic service
