My complaint:
I laced three orders with Wish.com….some of these orders were supposed to ship in April but I have not received any shipping information and no tracking info.
All (3) items have the same order- 5e8008f50857e2698eaa041
They have never advised me that there were any shipping delays…and if there was I should have been notified.
If I chose to cancel how do I recover my money and have it refunded to my bank account???
Suggested solution:
I would like shipping updated and tracking numbers for items that have already shipped. If there are delays I may cancel but need assurance that my money will be immediately refunded.
