My complaint:
I ordered a hoodie in wish which wasn’t available to they let me pick a substitute. Although the seller has marked this up as arrived it hasn’t and I’m not getting anywhere with customer service. They say its marked as delivered so are refusing to refund the item. They have asked me to check with my neighbours and post office which I have and they don’t have this parcel. I’ve not had this item and I just want my money back. I’ve lost so much money with way they do things. It’s so wrong

I want an apology for all the time I've had to put into this and I want my money refunded.
