My complaint:

I DO NOT UNDERSTAND WHY ALL MY RECENT ORDERS FROM BEGINING APRIL ARE SUPPOSEDLY BEING REFUNDED. I shop a lot with wish but will be no more as I am appalled as do not even receive an email or explanation as of why the orders are not being sent. And there are no refunds being.put into my bank so far can you explain what is going on with this company thanks

answer me and have a better communication system for customers not just question and answers as the questions are not the ones needing answers
