My complaint:

Returned items for a refund wish has sent 30 emails in Spanish. Try to get a refund for 3 weeks. I sent items back to wish I tracked package the request for refund is within 30 day policy. They requested item many times. I have sent to customer service. They have the order my money plus I pay for shipping back $8.05 This is not fair. How can they keep my money order I have nothing.!!wish facility received package now they keep sending emails in Spanish.

Suggested solution:

A full refund $52.05 and some compensation for 3 weeks of headaches. This is a terrible company. Horrible customer service. I don’t speak Spanish nor read it. Why in the world would they respond in Spanish.the attached photo is of my shipping cost to wish. The item was picked up at wish facility.
