My complaint:
In June 2021 I purchased a CO2 Air Rifle through Wish which came from Pyramid Air. After receiving my purchase I decided to return it. I contacted Pyramid Air who provided the item which I purchased through Wish and was told that I was within the timeframe to make the return. Pyramid Air provided me with instructions for returning the item and gave me a RMA number for the return and sent me an email with the return slip to post on the package. I did everything as requested and returned the item. After waiting a couple of months for my refund I contacted Wish about the issue and stated that my refund for the item waste er received. I never received a reply from Wish about the issue.
I later contacted Pyramid Air about the issue and I told them that when I looked online at my wish account it showed the item as Return in Progress but the item had been returned months prior to this and my refund had not been received. PyramidAir then stated to me that the returned item had been received by them and the refund had already been processed between PyramidAir and Wish and that I was to receive my refund for the item from Wish. I then contacted Wish by email and explained the issue and I also provided all of the purchase information for the item along with all if the return information and tracking numbers and the emails I had received from PyramidAir which stated that the item was returned.
I provided them with everything I had about each process with this item and was then told that I was not within the timeframe to receive a refund according to their refund policy. The item was purchased and returned to them months before this already with no refund received. This was a $140 purchase which I did not get a refund for nor did I get the item back.
Suggested solution:
Wish should resolve my complaint by issuing me a refund in the amount which I paid for this item or else provide me with the items which was purchased and returned. There is no reason that they should be able to keep the item that was purchased and returned to them and then not issue me a refund of the funds that were used to purchase the item. Where I come from this is called stealing someones money and is illegal.
