My complaint:
I had placed order on 5162022 and phone got hacked on 5182022. I had to redo the wish app with new name and email. I’ve been trying to get help from wish support ever since to get help with this issue- BUT NOOBE SEEMA RI HELP. I’ve emailed them the emails that I think was used to place the order and have asked them to transfer the order from the one account to me new one – BUT NOONE HAS DONE THAT. I paid $32.00 for the baseball mom backpack and I cannot pick it up with out the QR CODE.
Suggested solution:
I feel at this point WISH should train their support people better. I feel they should help transfer the order to new account so I can get the QR code or REFUND MONEY AND I GET THE UTEM FOR FREE- this has been a 3 week process I GET NO HELP ONLY THE RUN AROUND.
