My complaint:
I put a lot of orders in with wish company back in March 2020 wish took the money off my card and told me in a text on March 31 2020 and again on April 1 2020 that my order was on the way wish even gave me a tracking about three weeks ago wish told me that my that part of my orders would be ship to me by May 1 2020 but nothing came so I text customer support now they are saying that my card didn’t have any funds or my card was reported lost that’s bull because the same card they took the money from is the one am using still. I need help with putting wish out of business.
Suggested solution:
They should close up shop and stop taking people's money
