My complaint:
I ordered an item by accident (honestly) and immediately submitted a ticket to wish to cancel the order and have my money refunded but after hours of going back and forth with their automated response system they eventually sent me a reply stating that they could no longer cancel the order and that if I wanted a refund I would now have to wait for the item to be shipped to me and then send it back.
Suggested solution:
Simply refund my payment
