My complaint:

I ordered a mermaid tail for my daughter in June 2020. I figured it would take a while to ship so I kept checking back to see when it would be delivered. They kept extending the delivery date over and over. One day when I was checking, it said the item has been cancelled. I was not notified of the cancellation and because it’s been over 30 days I can’t get a refund! They just took my money for nothing and it wasn’t cheap.!

Suggested solution:

I want a full refund for the product including shipping fees. If not, I MIGHT be willing to take wish credit..with shipping included.
