Complaint: Incorrect items, broken item and items missing

My complaint:

I ordered two separate sets of toys on Wish.com, which I believe originated from the same vendor although they were ordered on different dates. The first set was supposed to comprise of five figures, but only contained one. The second order was badly packaged and one of the five toys was broken, but more importantly the toy was not the one that I had originally ordered. It was, in fact, a poor quality copy of another, similar toy. I have contacted Wish, but have yet to receive a satisfactory response to either claim.

Suggested solution:

Refund me for the incorrectbroken toys and either send me the missing toys, or refund me for that order too.
