My complaint:
I have contacted wish about 3 items that have not shown up and they refuse to give me a refund as I had left it to long and I had done that because I ordered it during covid-19 lockdown and just thought it was taking so long because they were catching up with postage.
Suggested solution:
Even if they refuse to give me cash they can do wishcash but I feel like I shouldn't have to miss out because my products didn't show up after I used my own money to pay for these items and now I'm out of pocket or products
