I have contacted WISH several times regarding the items not received. The items were ordered in mid-June. The arrival dates were repeatedly extended, which resulted in the window for full refund for the items in question closing. They are now refusing to refund the monies which were paid in full at the time of purchase. I have tried being polite and understanding, and have now become angry and demanding.bi have yet to use obscenities or rude language, but I am far past furious and bordering on explosive. The items in question totaled $169.00. It seems to me that this company has taken advantage of the COVID situation in order to delay and extend delivery dates in order to defraud the ordering public, therefore stealing monies from honest hard working Canadians. Their supercilious ‘RESOLVED’ message contained at the the end of their ridiculous response to my numerous inquiries is not only
Refund all my money- Shippinghandling- items costs as well. I want my money and all fees refunded. They had no problem taking my money- there should be absolutely no trouble refunding the same to me in FULL!
