My complaint:
I purchased a Tablet that was advertised as using a SIM card . After receiving it the WiFi part worked well and other parts , BUT the phone and data did not work? My internet provider 2oDegrees soid it was faulty. Wish refunded my money in full no trouble. A month later I ordered another one slightly better model with exactly the same results ? Money refunded again in full. But I still want one I can use but cannot contact Wish to see if they are sll the same or if in fact they are all faulty ? If so then they are faults advertising !!!
Suggested solution:
Supply me one that works correctly or take them of the msrket !
