My complaint:
I received a parcel from Wish that I never ordered , with stuff that i don’t even need or want and when I checked my credit card i discovered that two transactions of $20 had been paid to Wish. The stuff i received is not even worth that much. I last used Wish in 2017 and they had actually mailed the parcels (that I never ordered) to an old address. I feel like I have been robbed and I am not sure my credit card details are still safe because of this unauthorized payment.
Suggested solution:
I want my money back and I do not want to pay for shipping back something that I didn't order. They should cover their own shipping costs.
