My complaint:

I have been trying to get a refund on an item and cancel the delivery do to the fact that they charged way over what i was under the impression of actually paying but sense its been shipped out it wont let me request a refund and cancel the order

I just want my money back and a refund for this stuff sense i did not intend to pay the amount they charged me
