My complaint:

I ordered something and decided to try the ship to store option the now have. It said that my item would be ready for pickup around Aug 13. I never got an email about pickup and I don’t get on the app very often and tonight I decided to check and see if the date for pickup was available and it says that I failed to pick my items up and that they gave me a parshel return but they kept 56% of what I paid. I don’t think that is right.

They need to send emails so people know when the item is ready for pickup. Their shipping takes forever so I didn't get on the app till closer to when I was supposed to pick it up. There needs to be more comunication from them. You can't even type a question to the support on wish you have to choose from their options and that is no help. I think we should get a full return. Its not fair that I had to pay $18 for an order that was $8.35 and then they only refunded me 44% of the $8.35. They totally rip us off especially with the shipping.
