My complaint:

I have been ordering stuff from you since September. you have took my money 41 times and said you were refunding me because you didn’t have the product.

First, I should have received 41 refunds and I have only received 19. Where is my money?

Second, every refund has been from a special you had for 50 cents. Not once have I ever been able to get one of these deals. Why? Why would you take my money knowing very well you didn’t have the item?

I want my money on the other remaining refunds i have never received.

You need to make good on the items i did not receive. You are clearly false advertising and i will go to the better business bureau, consumer protection office and the Federal Trade commission if you don't make good on those deals or try to resolve this problem.
