My complaint:

I placed an order with wish for 14 different items. They were sent as a bulk package which never turned up at my address. I contacted Hermes and Wish explaining I have 24 hour CCTV which i have recordings of the delivery date and nothing was delivered that day. Wish said it was delivered which i asked for proof of delivery they sent me a photo of someones finger. I asked for a representative to come and study my CCTV recordings but Hermes told me to contact Wish as it was there problem. Hermes admitted the package was not delivered to my address but still insisted i contact Wish. I have tried many times with Wish asking for a £117.00 refund or resend the missing 14 items but no response.
