My complaint:

I got a charge for an item I didn’t order. But the thing is it wasn’t only one charge, they’re around 5 and each item cost around 50$, and these orders have been happening since April 1st. And one of the items is getting shipped right now to my old address and I can’t do anything, the item is already paid for so whoever now resides at my previous address could literally take the shipment and then they’re would be no way for me to get my money back. The picture I added down below is only one of the many orders.
