My complaint:
Ordered wall-mounted phone online from Wish. On 31 October 2020, I got email ation of the transaction. The order number was: 5f9d501aafcbc17d85ef0ebc. On 12 November 2020, the cost of the item together with postage, a total of €17.70, was deducted from my account. Shortly afterwards, I got an email from Wish, saying that my item was out of stock, and informing me that I could order a different item of similar value, or get a refund. There was a link to other Wish items, I simply wanted a refund, and said so. There was no acknowledgement for this, and it was not acted upon. Moreover, since then I have had numerous emails in exactly the same terms; I have responded to some of these, repeating my wish for a refund. I have had no satisfaction whatever.
Suggested solution:
By making a refund and taking me off their mailing list.
