My complaint:
I have placed my order early May or June, I received an email notification 2 months ago to say no stock available, I have since been trying to send an email to have my money returned but each time I send the email
Wish sends me notification that I must type the message in the top line of the mail, I find it ridiculous that one has so much trouble when stock is not available and when you want your money back. I really need this sorted out urgently please, this is my first time using wish and I’m really not comfortable using it in future.
Suggested solution:
Please pay my money back and make communication with your company a less complicated
