Complaint: Customer service making fun of my request for a refund

My complaint:

I bought a phone for £87 and came unusable and requested a refund from wish as this was the 2and phone delivery that is faulty, several times Elieza Jhan Marie
Wish Customer Support answered my request but in doing so asked for photos and said would sort a refund as the seller didnt bother to reply in 2weeks. This has been going on for 7weeks now and this women gets hold of the request and asks some stupid questions even though these are documented and doesnt bother to read what she said either that or she is having a good laugh pissing me off. I got a customer service wilson and sounded positive but he said has to give the seller a chance to answer although I already said they didnt bother for 2weeks next I know he cut me off.this one of the worse experiences iv ever had sorting a refund ,,phone rattles doesnt txt or connect to the internet, a phone ha
