My complaint:
I was supposed to get a guitar hanger, a 44 violin, case, bow, and rosin. All I recieved was the guitar hanger. I’m very upset that I didn’t recieve the violin, case, bow, and rosin. I don’t want a refund I want the violin, case, bow, and rosin.
This is piss poor service. If the order can’t be filled correctly then I’m going to post my experience with wish on Facebook so everyone will know that they don’t send the whole order just part of it and say it’s filled. I have a screen shot of the order and what was supposed to come with it. So wish can’t say I misunderstood the order.
I also understand that it is it of China so legal action is out of the question, but I will be speaking with INTERPOL to see exactly what my options are.
Suggested solution:
I want the violin, case, bow, and rosin. I don't want the money I want the instrument I ordered.
