My complaint:
As title states. And also they have marked my issue as resolved a couple of times without even replying. I have plenty of screenshot and video evidence of the entire conversation with each agent and their lies. And I have contacted my bank who have told me no refund has been on the account from wish. They told me from the 8th of January that it will be upto 14 days for refund. After 14 days I contacted about it, they told me a date that had already passed and I told them still no refund. They then went on to extend the dates, yet still nothing. Then they told me the 29th. Nothing. So trying to chase it up they are not even replying anymore and just mark it as resolved.
Suggested solution:
Just stick to their own terms and conditions and pay me my money back. They've already broken it by not maintaining their 14 day promise.
