My complaint:
I put in an order on March 5th 2020 and I wanted to check status of it so I logged onto the website and it said the item I ordered was out of stock. Well when I ordered it it wasn’t out of stock like some items I saw where, so it asked if I wanted to get a similar item to replace it, so I found another Sound Bar i liked so I chose that to replace my sold out item. I have contacted support on the website many, many times and I check the tracking number and that never changes and I’m told to check the tracking when I contact support….ABSOLUTE WORTHLESS
I was told my Sound Bar would be delivered Aug. 18th and I checked the website and support told me now it is scheduled to be delivered in Sept. i just keep getting the run around and I’m done with the BS I get from them
Suggested solution:
It has now been 6 months since I put my order in and I WANT MY SOUNDBAR I ORDERED. And I am tired of asking them to refund my total order of $ 61.60. I will never order from this company ever again.
