I received the wrong item. I ordered a over the shoulder handbag but received a coin purse which looks used. I have tried to resolve several times with Wish customer support ( or lack of in this case) to no avail. First they said I had too many returns and cut of my ability to return things. Their excuse was that I had received too many refunds. I appealed that stating the reasons. Misrepresented items, wrong color or delivery extremely late. I’m still waiting for items ordered in May. They keep changing due date on delivery. I guess that makes delivery on time to them. They reinstated my refund return priviledge. I tried again to resolve handbissue. They insist that’s what I ordered. Now will take back for a refund if I pay shipping. I don’t feel I should pay for the mistake or misrepresentation of their vendor. Now they have cut off my acce6to complain regarding this item
Want my money including shipping back or they pay for return. I have wish credit ( money they owe me from previous refunds returns) I would like that refunded to my card. I don't trust them to order anything else because they dont stand behind what they sell.
