My complaint:
This online vendor does not follow thru with product being delivered nor do they provide you the refund after waiting for item more than 2 mos. They’ll try to compensate you by offering the shipment cost and hope that you’ll get your item if not by the date they specified they ask that you contact them after that time period only to say your got refund, nothing more they’ll do. Not true! Still have not received the item and the refund received is the shipment only, not full refund! They’ll even try to offer you a Wish credit vs refunding back to your payment paid, come back later, that Wish dollar is Gone! This vendor is deceitful and unethical. No live person you can speak to, it’s all computer generated response. Never have this problem with eBay nor Amazon!
Suggested solution:
Wish needs to shut down, give people their money back for item they cannot fulfill!
