I ordered my wife a touch screen smart watch for her birthday and I received this camera that is the poorest excuse of a camera I ever seen . Well I message the customer support team, I guess that’s what they want us to believe, and this Carmelita replied back. After I explained that I received a camera and not the watch, I was told to take a photo of camera and the tracking number on shipping label. So I did and submitted that. Now I’m at a dead end cause 3 times in a row this Carmelita asked me to peel off the label to get to the label underneath that ,cause my tracking number didn’t match there’s. I explained that the label was printed on and there was nothing to peel off . That did no good cause I was asked that 3 times like I said. Even after explaining that she still asked me to peel it off and send a photo. I asked for a representative to call me or a number I could call and was told there’s no live person to talk to. Now for a business to have a machine take customer service complaints is a joke. If I knew this I would have never ordered from WISH. I have previously ordered many other items and never had any problems,but now I do and all I can contact is a machine asking the same question and can’t understand there’s no label to peel. So I guess I’m out of around 50.00. Everyone please be careful cause you may be in my shoes with no where to go.
Refund my money cause I'm done ordering from WISH and please tell me where to return there toy like camera. Also I'd like them to apologize to my wife for ruining her birthday and making me look like a joke.
