My complaint:
I bought bidets for worth $180 and the product is broken it keeps leaking from everywhere and it arrived late and it wasn’t worth waiting or paying $180 for the item, so I tried contacting customer support but instead of them solving my problem they blocked my account for no god damn reason, wish website has to be shut down. I have tried contacting them through the app, email and tried calling then but no response..
Suggested solution:
They should either give me my money back or send me better bidets.
