My complaint:
On November 21, 2020 I attempted to place an order on WISH without
success for about 40 minutes. Each time I tried to pay for the order a
message popped up saying my CART WAS EMPTY.
Now I received an email from WISH saying Order ation. How could
the items I attempted to purchase are being charged to me when each time a message popped up saying my cart was empty BEFORE I was unable to make a purchase.
Suggested solution:
Please delete all PHANTOM ORDERS that I supposedly ordered with an
EMPTY CART!!!.
