My complaint:
Overseas order – HD night time vision binoculars. I have to pay extra £11 for postage as seller undervalued (I presume) postage from China. I am not willing to pay this amount so Royal Mail depot are keeping hold of it until time to return to seller unless I receive £11 refund from Wish or the seller, otherwise I wish for an immediate refund from Wish but they have not replied. I would never ever ever use Wish again!! Kind Regards, Caroline

Refund me the £11 postage excess so I can collect much wanted item.
