I have several items on my account I have not received. I have paid for my orders. Now you say the refund window has closed. I would like the items I ordered or my money back. This is not an unreasonable request. What does this company do with MY money? If I am not refunded or receive my merchandise, I am being stolen from. Please respond DyAnn
