My complaint:
I ordered over 60 dallors of stuff. 3 of the led light up stuff animals and then a night light turtle all back in April. I have received the 3 led light up stuff animals but not the plug in night light turtle and its been over 60days snice I did this order and now when I check the status of the light up turtle it says the refund window is closed. I dont want a refund I want the turtle for my son.
Suggested solution:
They should send the turtle snice the refund window is closed and I dont want the refund.
