My complaint:
i order some clothing 6weeks ago from Wish and pay for it and was not delviered to me and i cant track the items now.I have complained to Wish about it but not much seems to have happened apart from a few emails back.They said they would refund me the money for the orders but i havent seen the 78.00AUD as yet in my bank account
Suggested solution:
They can resolve my complaint by refunding me the money 78.00AUD for the clothing that wasnt delivered to me..thats the best answer now
They need to tell me if the refund has been processed and when i can expect to get it in my bank account
