Complaint: Paying for a collection of tools and receiving only one part

My complaint:

Three months ago I bought a set of dent removing tools from with for $83.00 Aus. The date of arrival kept getting pushed back as I can understand from the problems in the world. But finally a package arrived from wish but when I opened it there was just 20 pieces of plastic that’s it. There was no tools or anything else with to go along with it. Where is the rest of what I ordered? It’s not like I paid $2 for something and I think stuff happens.
When I went to correct the problem there is no way to contact wish as it all automated and will not let you correspond. I would just like the full kit of what I paid for or if that’s just to hard my money back.
I’d just like to say that all my friends and I have used wish for years and have been happy with the company. But since this has happened and the company Dont even have any way of contacting them to sort out this problem I am sorry to say I’m having second thoughts about using them again. You have a good rep why on earth would you want to destroy what consumers you have it just dosn’t make any sense. I’m letting you know that I have posted on and I would like some contact in regards to this problem I will put in my order complaint and details for your reply.
