My complaint:
I on August 18,2020l, I made by mistake of pressing the pay by mistake, that same day I cancelled the order right away. Now they are giving a hard time giving my refund for$414, also I ordered a dark colored curly wig, and they sent me a light Brown ponytail. I am now taking legal actions against wish for,false advertising, fraud, mental anguish, and attorney fees. Wish no problem taking my money out of my account. They say all kinds of things as though they are stalling me.
Suggested solution:
You could refund my $414 and refund my money for the ponytail. And I ponytail looks like it has been wore before. I am going ahead and file charges against Wish
