My complaint:

I purchased earring backs several months ago. However, I was sent additional items which I did not order but was charged for even though the items were returned. I corresponded with several emails which got nowhere. The item I purchased totaled $3.67, however my account was charged $46.27. I am requesting as refund for the overcharge of $42.60. The order number was 5e3f6c99387d573779c1139e. I have also forwarded this complaint to Complain.Biz.
