My complaint:
I have ordered 2 18V 18000ah batteries and a charger. However, I received only 1 battery and a charger. I wanted to file a complaint via wish but not able to find the items inside my ordered history. So not being able to complain against the supplier. Why my ordered item is not updated to my ordered history. I have fully paid the items yet the supplier sent only 1 battery and a charger. How am I going to get my battery back?

I did complain to wish earlier on but no response.
My complaint has not resolve yet.
