My complaint:
I ordered a coat from wish, order number 5fbbb4dc8601ee67cf30894a,
this seems a strange order number to be honest, I received an email accepting my order from bounces. stating delivery between 2311 – 2611
this has not been delivered
I have sent numerous emails to this email address with no reply, can you help me at all.
this was a womans coat, light brown, status says shipped,
tracking number EQKPT8172311281yq
Suggested solution:
I expect some sort of advise as to what has happed to this item!!
