My complaint:

I ordered heat cap on 31 Dec 2020 and the order was set to arrive by 28 Feb. I sent an email to customer service and the response was an apology but was promised order is delayed. Until today the order did not arrive. Now when I follow up on the same customer service email, no more response.

Ordered few bits off here and not all arrived. It seems like a scam
