My complaint:

I ordered a pair of shoes in July from your website. I’ve “communicated” with the online customer support option on the website which assured me they would come in. But they haven’t came in and I don’t believe they are going to. It’s been four months on an item that shouldn’t have taken longer than 3 weeks.

Justified complaint?

Suggested solution:

I would like a refund of my money. Real money because I don’t intend on using your website again because I don’t want another lost package. Or to talk to the robot customer service that doesn’t even allow you to ask questions you want to ask.
