My complaint:

Hi,

I had made a basket on wish of some items but I didn’t check out. I woke up to see at 2am the order had been paid for by my saved card, which I did not do. It was similar items which all cost ridiculous amount of shipping each. I immediately contacted wish to say cancel the order, but they said it had been dispatched, which is impossible as it was 8 hours later overnight. But they told me wait until it comes and return it. It came, I contacted them to say I want to return it. They were being really difficult in letting me return as “there’s nothing wrong” but the issue was the order was not done by me so not needed. I got returns labels, PAID A HIGH SHIPPING FEE TO GET IT TRACKED, as I was told I have to pay all return fee which is ridiculous because I already paid a lot in shipping fees when it was coming to me. But I paid the fees and got it done as signed for. It got delivered at the wish warehouse on the 30th March, which is almost a month ago now. I was signed for too. I still haven’t received my refund. I have been contacting wish via their app open ticket and the customer service are incompetent. They keep sending me the same message saying “if the item doesn’t appear then open a app ticket”. This isn’t the response to my issue, and so I tried contacting again. Same thing. I just want my refund. I have proof of me packing everything, shipping it off, receipt, tracking number and proof of signature of delivery. Yet wish told me they haven’t received it? This is getting frustrating as I am wasting my time. I WILL NEVER BE SHOPPING AT WISH AGAIN! I want my refund so I can take my customs elsewhere.
