My complaint:

To all it concerns I placed and paid for an order on over a month ago and have not received my order. There are no updates on where my package is and no phone customer service assistance, and there is only an automated email service that just keeps sending the same message every time I send an email to their customer support assistance.

Suggested solution:

There should not be false representation on tracking a package or signing up for updates and don't ever receive any updates. I would love for wish to deliver my package no later than Christmas Eve.
