My complaint:

Absolutely shocking customer service. An order was put through by mistake (It automatically took payment due to a previous order). The refund policy then said I had 8 hours to cancel but it would not allow me to do so (Clearly an issue with their website). I then contact customer support and their ‘chat’ says they cannot refund the item. I then e-mail for help to which I am asked to use the customer service ‘chat’, after explaining that this does not work, I go on to get the same response every single time. I am not on about my 10th try saying the same thing and getting the same answer!
