My complaint:
I ordered a game chair on the 29th of November, order was ed, item dispatched, tracking provided and advised it would be delivered after new year´s. Yesterday I checked the tracking and it shows it was delivered! And in a different city!. I contacted the local currier – Royal mail -that ed that the tracking given by Wish seller was under a different name and a different delivery address and post code. I contacted wish and asked for a replacement and they issued a refund with any explanation on why they can not send me a replacement of the gaming chair i purchased.
Suggested solution:
They should send a replacement with express delivery of the item I purchased and it was ed.
