My complaint:
I ordered a watchcig lighter and an electric lighter (red) in September 2020 due to be delivered in October 2020. I haven’t received either yet and it’s 2 months passed delivery date. I am told it was to be late but this ridiculous. Will I receive the order or not?If not when can I expect my money back?
Suggested solution:
Either send the order or refund my money.
