My complaint:
I ordered a winter cardigan that looked like wool and when it arrived on 2nd Oct 2020 I had a notifications to say that a different item had been delivered.
The carrier took a photo of the package at my feet.
The item that I had the not recieved, an ethnic jacket is down as delivered on the 1st Oct and customer excepted when no delivery was made and we were in all day.
I have checked outside and with neighbour’s as the Wish bot suggested which makes no sense as it states that the customer accepted?
Suggested solution:
I want my money back as feel totally ripped off by this fraudulent company.
