My complaint:
On 6-24-2020 I placed 3 orders. The delivery date for these items was 10-2-2020… One order came up delivered on 7-14-2020 which I never received. I contacted wish right away to tell them and they basically told me to wait. Sometimes packages are marked delivered and they are still in route. I waited. I complained to wish numerous amount of times. They tell me to wait until delivery date, there is a delay because of covid19, and they tell me to check post office and tracking. I did not get this item and they turned around and closed the refund window so I cannot get my refund. I paid 28.00 for the item and 12.00 for shipping. 40.00 in total. I had the sane situation with a drone that I ordered. Said delivered and I contacted wish right away and they refunded the money. I recorded the same item and I did receive it. I have Security cameras that I purchased through wish and installed them to watch out for all packages they are on record 247 and for any movement in front of the door. My package never got there.
Suggested solution:
I am so fed up with waiting a long time to get a package that isn't coming. I just want my refund for the 40.00 that I paid for.
