My complaint:

Product: Order : 5fddbbd6f47449a7fdbfb8ff
Tracking No. WI001878815209FPL

I contacted Wish twice to inform them that the package was with the local courier who rang to say they were delivering on January 05 but they did not do so. Now, three weeks later, the tracking sheet says the package is being returned to China. There was no attempt to deliver in that time. Wish refused to do anything about it and basically ignored the issue with standard cut-and-paste platitudes. I have waited two months for the item I paid for to be received (ordered on December 19) and I am disgusted with the lack of help from Wish. They need to take responsiblity as the agent and I want them to fullfil their obligations to their customers.

Suggested solution:

The item should be re-despatched by express service and not through the same totally useless courier service. I attach a photo of the tracking record to show that the courier failed to deliver saying that there was an unexplained 'incident' on the day that they said they would deliver, but then never tried again.
